Teams are primarily based in our Mount Waverley head office. However, some employees have dual roles working across both United Energy and our sister businesses CitiPower and Powercor. This means spending time working in the Melbourne head office too.
Both locations feature contemporary workspaces that cater to collaboration and teamwork as well as private working.
Field teams responsible for our service delivery are based at depots in Mornington, Keysborough and Burwood. A new depot and office in Glen Waverley will replace the Burwood depot by sometime in 2024.
However, flexible working conditions mean there is no strict separation between these locations. Depending on the work they do, United Energy people can operate from a variety of environments.
Some choose to combine working from home with time spent at an office. This facilitates work-life balance while allowing for collaborative work with teams and colleagues.
Extensive technology systems across our operations enable remote access and allow integration into our IT network from a range of locations.
