Auto subscription: If you are the account holder with your retailer and they have provided us with your mobile phone number and/or your email address, you will automatically be subscribed to notifications.
Self service subscription: If you would like to manage your own subscription, you can register to use our myEnergy portal – where you can add additional properties, select quiet times and choose notifications via SMS, email or both.
You will need the National Meter Identifier (NMI) for your property. This 10 or 11-digit number can be found on an electricity bill from your retailer.
