New myEnergy features and services launching 22 August

We are delighted to announce that, as part of our ongoing commitment to make it easier for you to work with United Energy, we are launching additional features and applications services in the myEnergy portal on Monday 22 August.

New online application services will be added, replacing current paper-based application forms for:

  • Pit Installation or Upgrade
  • Embedded Generation Connection
  • High Voltage Supply and Major Projects
  • Public Lighting Schemes
  • Relocation of Distribution Assets
  • New or Increased Supply
  • High Load Transport Evaluations

The method that No Go Zone applications are submitted will also change, with a new online application form available via myEnergy, replacing the current online form on the United Energy website.

From Monday 22 August, applications for the above services must be submitted online via myEnergy. Applications submitted via other methods will not be processed and must be re-submitted via myEnergy.

Inflight applications

You can continue to submit new applications for the above services using the existing methods until Sunday 21 August. However, you may be asked to resubmit your application via myEnergy. We will contact you if we need you to resubmit your application.

Alternatively, if you wait to submit your application until 22 August, the process via myEnergy will be faster and easier for you.

Additional services available from Monday 22 August:

  • Application cloning – easily clone similar applications and avoid duplicate data entry
  • Submit enquiries via myEnergy – registered myEnergy users will be able to submit an enquiry via the portal.
