Auto subscription: if you are the account holder with your retailer and your retailer has provided us with your mobile phone number and/or your email address, you will automatically be subscribed to notifications.
Self service subscription: if you would like to manage your own subscription, you can register on our myEnergy portal– where you can add additional properties, select quiet times and choose notifications via SMS, email or both.
You will need the National Meter Identifier (NMI) for your property. This can be found on your electricity bill from your retailer and is a 10- or 11-digit number.
