Victorian Electricity Distribution Price Review

Consultation on Draft Decision

The Office of the Regulator-General (now ESC) published its Draft Decision on 31 May 2000.

United Energy Distribution was not satisfied with the Draft Decision. It was felt that the Office did not apply incentive regulation. In addition, the Office's analysis was incomplete, and did not review all the figures supplied by United Energy Distribution.
