Current Major Outages UED
Due to the extensive damage to the network from falling branches customers will unfortunately experience extended restoration times through out Sunday afternoon and evening.
Restoration times are an estimate only and are liable to change once crews have been able to attend to the fault and assess the damage and repair requirements.
Our crew’s number one priority is to attend and make safe, any wires that have been brought down by falling branches. Restoration will not be able to take place until the network has been made safe.
Areas hardest hit include the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and Aspendale however smaller outages have been reported across the entire network.
We appreciate your understanding as our crews work in difficult conditions to restore supply as quickly as possible.
