Our network controllers are constantly on the lookout for faults and network outages. But if the power goes down in your area – and you don’t see your location on our map – then you can report it via our online tool or call 132 099 to let us know.
Report a faulty streetlight
You can also help us make sure streetlights stay in good working condition. Because they’re so important when it comes to keeping the community safe, we fix any faulty lights we come across on our patrols. But we appreciate you letting us know when you spot problems.
